American Rancher Alliance Petitions
Take Back America’s Food Supply
For decades, Big 4 packers and foreign interests have controlled our beef with backroom trade deals, hidden imports, and a processing bottleneck designed to crush independent American ranchers.
Why These Petitions Matter
This isn’t about politics. This is national security.
If America loses control of her food supply, she loses everything.
We have launched two petitions to break the chokehold:
What We Are Building
We are NOT “farm-to-table.”
We are Producer-to-Nation.
The American Rancher Alliance isn’t a beef brand, It is a producer-owned infrastructure.
Petition 1
Reinstate Mandatory Country of Origin Labeling (mCOOL)
Right now, imported beef from Brazil, Australia, Mexico, and Argentina can be shipped here, unpacked, repackaged, and labeled “Product of USA.”
That is fraud.
Americans deserve to know:
- Who raised their beef?
- Where it was raised?
- How it was raised?
The Big 4 are terrified of mCOOL because transparency kills their cheap import business model.
- Consumers deserve the truth.
- Ranchers deserve fair markets.
- America deserves real American beef.

Petition 2
Allow State-Inspected Facilities to Ship Nationwide
State inspection programs are legally required to be equal to or better than USDA standards. Not similar, not close, Equal or superior.
But because of a 1968 rule, those plants are blocked from shipping across state lines. That law was written to protect the packers — not the people.
Allowing interstate shipping instantly:
- Opens capacity.
- Breaks the bottleneck.
- Gives small processors real business.
- Lowers consumer prices.
- Pays producers what they need.
- Creates competition overnight.
This single change decentralizes the food system and destroys corporate choke points.
